Shipping Policy

Processing Time — Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery Time — Once shipped, orders typically arrive within: Canada 3–5 business days; United States 5–10 business days; Europe 5–10 business days.

Where We Ship — PinkTrix ships to Canada, the United States, and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking — You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Costs — Canada: $12 CAD. United States: $20 USD. Europe: $25 USD. Exact rates are also always confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delays — Occasionally shipments are delayed due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We’ll do our best to keep you informed if this happens with your order.
