Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within Canada, or 5–10 business days to the United States and Europe. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! PinkTrix ships to Canada, the United States, and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $12 CAD within Canada, $20 USD to the United States, and $25 USD to Europe. Exact rates are always confirmed at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached — items returned without tags will be sent back. Return shipping is free; we'll send you a prepaid label.
How do I start a return?
Email pinktrix@outlook.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.
Do you offer exchanges?
Return your item for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want — that's currently the fastest way to get the right size or colourway.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know what size to order?
All five sets run S–L. Each product page has a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements — our pieces fit true to size, so if you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a slightly looser, more relaxed feel. Each set can be purchased as the top only, the bottom only, or as a complete matching set.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes — all payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout, and PinkTrix never sees or stores your card details.
